OQ Leadの業務内容は、以下のようなものである。
The duties of the OQ Lead are as follows.
As a deviation coordinator, evaluate the impact of abnormalities and deviations on product quality, confirm processing, and determine whether or not to use it. Confirm that appropriate action is taken. Investigate deviations in products manufactured at the Imaichi Plant and imported products from overseas manufacturers and decide with your superiors whether or not to accept them.
Promote quality improvement in cooperation with the Imaichi Plant manufacturing department and overseas manufacturers.
Lead problem-solving within and outside the team to ensure that products of the correct quality are shipped.
Lead internal improvement projects and drive actions to enhance productivity.
Support the new product introduction process to introduce products of appropriate quality to the Japanese market.
Review technical documents that affect product quality, and report any problems to superiors.
Check the work progress and results within the team.
Support for intra-section work that goes beyond the framework of the team.
Covering shift work at the Imaichi site.
