With the support of the Brand Director, the Brand Manager is responsible for the design and execution of the brands’ strategies.While the top priority is the increase of the brand equity through PR & Media, Experience and Visibility programs, he / she is also in charge of the design & implementation of strong trade programs driving sales and profitability.Brand Strategy and Planning
Develop effective and creative annual brand plans in line with the local & global brand strategies and objectives, in close collaboration with the brand director, brand managers, PRJ sales team and brand company.Prepare key brand presentations (including pre-budget, brand plans, quarterly reviews) to a consistently high level, offering fresh strategic insights and creative thinking to meet our objectives.Update Brand Companies on Japan strategies and plans.Activation planning, implementation & evaluation
With the support of the Brand Director, define the most efficient investment mix across touchpoints to return on sales growth & equity building.In more details, develop and implement the following :ATL planning & exceution (OOH, Digital Ads) in collaboration with appointed Media agency and Digital TeamLocal Celebrity (Yuko Araki), PR plan and activation, sponsorshipsConsumer events / experiences - in collaboration with Visual Merchandising teamVisiblity & Activation programs - in collaboration with Trade MarketingCRM, Consumer and Trade Mentoring programs - in collaboration with Brand AmbassadorsEnsure a strong buy-in of Commercial and Trade Marketing teams to the plans, in order to secure a strong roll out.Provide qualitative and quantitative evaluations of BTL & ATL marketing activations both in terms of return on Sales and return on Equity.Monitor brand equity evolution, with the support of the Head of strategic planning & consumer insights , in order to ensure any changes are required within the agreed timescale and budget.Monitor and control operating costs and A&P expenditures to ensure alignment with agreed budgets / latest estimate.Project Management
Build strong relationship with other teams at Pernod Ricard Japan, in particular with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial and Finance teams.Build strong relationships with the brand company in France to ensure the necessary support for the success of marketing programs in Japan - in particular the creation of the most effective assets for the Japan market.Manage suppliers / business partners, ensuring all executions are complient with brand strategy and guideline.Organization :

4-year university graduate or aboveLanguage :
Native Japanese and fluent English in speaking / reading / writing – must have excellent level of English, as this role requires regular interactions with international stakeholders as well as the preparation / presentations of extensive decks in English. French is a plus.
Background :
Experience in luxury or prestige brand, premium FMCG e.g. durable goods (watch & jewelry), perfumes, alcohol, fashion and cosmetics, etc. is a plus.Experience :
