What you can expect

As a Director of Mass Market Sales at Zoom Communications, you'll step into a transformative role during an exciting growth period. You'll directly report to the President of Zoom Japan, leading the entire Mass Market Sales organization as a second-line manager. You will drive the expansion of innovative solutions like Zoom Phone, ZRA, and ZCC while mentoring first-line managers and their teams. You'll be working with SMB and Mid-Market clients (1-500 employees), shaping the future of business communications and transforming their operations through the Zoom platform service.

About the Team

The Mass Market Sales team at Zoom Japan is a dynamic, growth-oriented team that serves as the primary engine for Japan market rapid expansion. This customer-centric team specializes in delivering comprehensive Zoom platform solutions to SMB and Mid-Market clients, with a particular focus on Zoom Phone and ZRA.

What we’re looking for

  • Have proven track record in both direct and partner sales, particularly in Mid and SMB markets
  • Have business fluency in English and Japanese with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
  • Have strategic mindset with deep understanding of technology sales landscape
  • Have solid analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
  • Be agile to navigate change and adapt strategies to market conditions
