- Policy Formulation and Implementation Support : Supporting the Japanese government, UN agencies, and international organizations in policy formulation and execution within the healthcare and wellbeing domain.
- Cross-Cutting Solutions for Health Issues : Assisting in the development of cross-sectoral solutions to address health challenges across various fields, such as initiatives and projects related to “planetary health” that link health issues with climate-tech, other technologies conducive to environmental negative changes.
- Digital Health Implementation and DX Support : Providing guidance to government institutions, medical, and nursing care facilities in the adoption of digital health technologies and in advancing digital transformation (DX).
- Development and Diffusion of New Solutions through Collaboration : Supporting the development, proof of concept (PoC), and scaling of innovative solutions through collaborations between government, academia, and industry, as well as public-private partnerships.
- Ecosystem Building for Health tech and Wellness tech : Facilitating the construction of ecosystems related to health technology and wellness technology.
- Business Strategy and Development Support for Companies : Assisting health tech and medical-related companies, including startups, in formulating business strategies and developing their operations in areas such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostic tools, age-tech, fem-tech, oral-tech, reha-tech, vocal biomarker technology, medical information / PHR (personal health records), and blockchain-based information management systems.
- Impact Investment and Technical Assistance Frameworks : Supporting the development of innovative investment methods such as impact investing and establishing mechanisms for technical assistance.
