Job duties 雇い入れ時:以下に記載の業務

Job Summary :

Responsible for analyzing, checking, and reporting expenses (SG&A) within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities :

Understanding and managing costs across various departments and projects. Collaborate closely with the finance team, department heads, and other stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Expense Analysis : Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas needing improvement in expense management.
  • Budget Review : Assist in the creation, review, and management of departmental and project budgets.
  • Cost Management : Optimize expenditure, implement cost-saving measures and strategies while maintaining efficiency.
  • Expense Reporting : Prepare reports on expense performance and present them to management and key stakeholders.
  • Forecasting : Provide insights into future expense trends and cost-saving opportunities, supporting forecasting activities.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline expense management processes and improve accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with the finance team, department heads, and other stakeholders to align expense management practices with organizational goals.
  • Systems and Tools : Effectively utilize financial systems and tools to accurately track, analyze, and report expenses.

Qualifications 雇用形態:正社員

  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in financial analysis, expense management, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey financial information to various audiences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform highly accurate work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
  • Business-level proficiency in English (reading and writing required, speaking at conversational level, with a willingness to improve to business level).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • A master's degree or relevant certifications (, CFA, CPA) are a plus.
