What you will do

1) Ability to ensure restaurants’ standards, policies and procedures with other restaurant staff.

2) Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.

3) Ability to direct performance of restaurant staff and follow up with corrections where needed.

4) Ability to maintain a cohesive teamwork.

5) Ability to understand restaurant related training.

6) Ability to be a clear thinker, analyzes and resolve problems exercising good judgment.

7) Ability to focus attention on details.

8) Ability to understand guests’ service needs.

9) Ability to perform suggestive selling of menu items, beverages and wines.

10) Ability to input and access information from MICROS system.

11) Ability to exert physical effort in transporting equipment and wares.

12) Ability to endure abundant physical movements in carrying out job duties.

13) Ability to ensure security and confidentially of guest and company information.

14) Ability to work without direct supervision after having been assigned tasks.

What will you bring

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in room service or food & beverage operations.

Knowledge of POS systems and room service procedures.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.

Languages : English (Business Level) and Japanese (Business Level).

Position requires candidate has valid working permit in Japan.
