Clearly explain complex reinsurance concepts in a way that makes sense to clients. Represent the company as an innovative and trusted partner in Japan and the region. Support internal quality and knowledge-sharing efforts. Join cross-functional projects and contribute to team training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Underwriting Excellence
- Evaluate marine treaty and facultative reinsurance deals , both proportional and non-proportional.
- Handle risk analysis, pricing, policy wordings , and exposure tracking .
- Work closely with our teams in Singapore and other global offices on marine-related matters.
