Position Name :  Program Manager Tokyo Job

Annual Salary : 12 million yen and above

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the full system development process for Guidewire Claim Center projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans with business partners and shared services.
  • Lead and manage IT program teams, applying project management processes.
  • Resolve project issues and manage risks.
  • Conduct project meetings and track project progress
  • Ensure vendor performance meets contract specifications and SLAs.
  • Provide technical and analytical support to project team members

Program Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of experience in conducting projects for Japan customers as a vendor.
  • Experience with customer-facing stakeholders at working levels.
  • Proficient with project management concepts and SDLC methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with onsite delivery teams in solving customer issues.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency.

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Experience in the insurance and / or financial services industries.
  • PMP certified with Agile / Lean experience.

    • Language Requirements : Fluent  N1 level Japanese & Business English conversation skill.
