Description

This position needs to communicate with Japanese customer in Japanese and require native level Japanese skill.

This position does not offer work VISA in Japan.

EUC is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Deal Management Team (DMT) to support our go to market efforts in the APAC sales region. The DMT is a group of dynamic individuals

established to support standard as well as highly negotiated, unique or strategic software contracts (Enterprise License Agreements) from inception of a sales opportunity to booking.

The team is skilled and knowledgeable in a variety of areas including SPFs, deal modelling, revenue recognition and commercial contract structure.

Analyze and interpret Enterprise License Agreements and navigate through our systems

  • You will work closely with your peers and the team to ensure proper compliance with set guidelines, Pricing, and revenue recognition company guidelines for quoting process.
  • You will understand the process and perform the necessary steps as per the set guidelines
  • You will also learn how to navigate through all applications, ex. tools used across the Deal

Management Team

  • Obtain basic knowledge and seek to learn the products / services that EUC offers.
  • Assist in deal negotiations

  • Act as an internal deal advocate by taking responsibility for leading deals from quote to closing
  • Learn to navigate organizational structure and build relationships or trust with stakeholders.
  • Understand the basics of ELA, and Special Pricing Forms and how the financial elements intersect with the terms and conditions of each set process.
  • Follow internal business processes to solutions and seek appropriate guidance to resolve situations that deviate from standard processes or fallbacks.
  • Understand the use of contract templates and guidelines to prepare customer documents.

  • General understanding of products / services, their product family, and bundle components. Proactively identify inconsistencies in structuring and coach Sales accordingly.
  • Act as internal deal advocate by taking responsibility for leading deal
  • Work with various internal stakeholders and approvers very closely to obtain necessary approvals based on the requested exceptions.
  • Work to improve the quality of the commercial terms to maximize the deal value to the company
  • Navigate organizational structure and build relationships of trust with stakeholders.
  • Follow established revenue recognition company guidelines for both the quoting and contract process.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of tools required, identify system issues, and raise awareness to solve them
  • Obtain basic knowledge and seek to learn the products / services that EUC offers.
  • Follow internal business processes to solutions and seek appropriate guidance / approvals to resolve situations that deviate from standard processes or fallbacks.
  • Seek an understanding of who the customer is and their requirements.
