To ensure smooth, efficient implementation of Salesforce aligned with our business needs and leverage Salesforce to its fullest potential while avoiding common pitfalls.
Position Details
As a Salesforce CRM Implementation Specialist, you will be required to do below activities :
Conduct thorough business process reviews and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization through Salesforce CRM solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of desired outcomes and functionality.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories, serving as a guide for the Salesforce implementation team.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and are feasible within the Salesforce platform.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the Salesforce CRM configuration, customizations, and processes for future reference and compliance.
Monitor and report on the progress of Salesforce CRM implementation projects, identifying risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to ensure the implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Design and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the Salesforce CRM system.
Provide post-implementation support, gathering user feedback, and making recommendations for continuous improvement of the Salesforce CRM system.
Minimum Qualification
8-10 years of experience in E2E Salesforce CRM Implementation preferably in a Telecom Industry with the below experiences :
Salesforce Administrator certification or any relevant Salesforce certification.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and / or Service Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, custom objects, and workflow creation using Journey builder.
Experience in data migration and data quality management within Salesforce.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Preferred Qualification
Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role within CRM implementation projects, preferably Salesforce.
Strong understanding of business processes within Marketing function (particularly Marketing Automation) and experience in process improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
