Process Engineer for Utsunomiya compounding operati

Responsibilities 职责 :

• Take responsibility for overall manufacturing process control for engineering polymer compounding, and work on process condition optimization and resolution of quality issue….etc.
• Lead Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives such as new raw material qualification and productivity improvement,
• Support new product commercialization and internal product transfer by working with global Core Technology Group.
• Strengthen Safety in operation(Process Hazard Risk Assessment, Machine Safety etc) by applying / adapting Celanese Standard Work Process
• Lead capital project with process design for compounding facility.
• Lead incident investigation (reliability, quality, EHS) in site with using Root Cause Analysis methodology.
• Coordinate customer communication for quality incident and related cases.
• Lead problem solving process for internal / external quality issue.
