Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between HR and departments such as Legal, Finance, and Office Management to translate business needs into HR solutions
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll processing andpliance with local labor regulations
  • Coordinate office operations and manage vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders on strategic people initiatives
  • Support process improvement, engagement programs, and performance enablement
  • Provide backup support to senior HRBPs to maintain operational continuity

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience :

  • 1-3 years in an HRBP, HR generalist, or similar role with exposure to cross-functional departments
  • Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations,pliance, and office management

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll systems

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage projects and support after-hours business needs when required

    • Language Requirements

  • Japanese : Native
  • English : Intermediate to Business level
  • Additional Asian languages a plus

    • Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple HR functions
  • Experience coordinating across legal, finance, and administrative teams
  • Interest in growing within a global, multicultural HR environment
