Key Responsibilities (業務内容)
80か国以上で展開されるグローバルブランドで、
VMD(Visual Merchandising)を企画立案。
VMD、ポディウム(店頭イベントスペース)を企画、提案する
VMD展開の立案、実行
Regional HQのプロジェクト協業サポート
Brand Shiseido is a global brand that operates in over 80 countries around the world,
and you will work as the person in charge of the headquarters.
By understand the brand and plan VMD (Visual Merchandising) from the customer's perspective.
Additionally, we would like someone who can promote the dissemination of information as a brand holder from a global perspective.
Understand industry and joint trends and market changes, identify growth opportunities for the brand,
and plan and propose VMD and podium (in-store event space) that are unique to the brand.
Creating VMD guidelines and updating them each season
Planning customer experience at Podium
Planning and execution of VMD deployment with sustainability in mind
and an agreement will be reached within the brand before proceeding with the work.
Regional HQ project collaboration support
Requirements(必要な能力 / 経験 / 資質)
1) 市場環境、化粧品競合他社動向など幅広いVMDに関する知識、経験
2) 各Regional HQとのメール等での日常やりとり、
mtg.にてニーズをとらえた提案、開発のためのディスカッションができる英語能力
3) 外資グローバルブランドまたは、日本ブランドのHQ部門での業務経験
4) チームメンバー・他部署と協業し、外部協力会社を指揮できるリーダーシップ
5) グローバルブランドホルダーとしてのダイレクションをだせること(ローカルマーケット経験者も可)
6) OMO(Online merges Offline)体験の理解と経験
OMO体験を企画、提案する
1) Extensive knowledge and experience regarding VMD,
including market environment and trends of cosmetics competitors
2) English ability to communicate daily with each Regional HQ via e-mail, etc.,
and to make proposals based on needs and discuss development at regular mtg.
3) Work experience in the HQ department of a foreign global brand or Japanese brand.
4) Leadership ability to collaborate with team members and other departments and direct external partner companies
5) Ability to provide direction as a global brand holder (local market experience is also acceptable)
6) Understanding and experience of OMO (Online merges Offline) experience
Plan and propose OMO experiences that accurately capture society, the times, trends, and people's insights
