ResponsibilitiesJoin ByteDance’s Japan Publishing Team within our Gaming Division. We are responsible for the end-to-end marketing and publishing of all ByteDance game titles in the Japanese market. Responsibilities : 1. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution : - Lead the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy for ByteDance games in Japan. - Responsible for proposal creation, partnership negotiation, content collaboration, and media buying. - Independently manage business communications and creative cooperation with Japanese influencers and MCNs. 2. PUGC Ecosystem Development : - Design and build ByteDance’s PUGC (Professional User-Generated Content) ecosystem in Japan. - Oversee recruitment, nurturing, content production, performance tracking, and data analysis across the influencer lifecycle. 3. Live Streaming & Offline Event Operations : - Plan and execute official livestreams and offline events. - Manage cost-effective resources and vendors, with strong on-ground execution and coordination skills in Japan. 4. Cross-functional Support : - Adapt to dynamic team priorities and support other marketing and publishing initiatives as needed. - Collaborate across functions with flexibility and ownership.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : 1. At least 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing in Japan, ideally in gaming companies, advertising agencies, or MCNs. 2. At least 3+ years of experience in livestream operations and offline event management in Japan. 3. JLPT N1 or higher, with fluent business-level Japanese communication skills. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform under pressure. 5. Passion for games and marketing. Preferred Qualifications : 1. Existing relationships with top-tier Japanese influencers. 2. Experience with large-scale events and established vendor networks. 3. Flexible with urgent tasks,on-site supervision,frequent domestic / international travel, and long-term assignment needs. 4.
