Your mission

  • Drive and close digital sales, build  maintain  customer relationships :   This role will be  mainly responsible  for driving digital sales for 1NCE  Asia  business unit. Job role include  establish  and nurture connections with  mainly medium  and small customers through phone and email to  Japan  based customers. Act as the primary point of sales contact for new  webshop  buyers and  inquiries, and  strategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust, long-term relationships. Some customers may include internationally based.
  • Collaborate with the international team :   Work closely with the  ASIA and  international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination within the team
  • Maintain customer focus :   Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, actively striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the leading provider of IoT connectivity
  • Sales forecasting and database management :  Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant and current information

Your skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills :   Excellent communication skills, fluent  in  Japanese and  English  in wring and speaking  is  a must . Other A sian  language  such as Korean, Chinese  capability will be a plus.
  • Experience and Background :   You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales
  • Education :   You have a vocational training in business administration or a degree in business administration or  similar  previous  working experience
  • Industry Knowledge :   A good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions / connectivity, and various IoT verticals is highly  advantageous
  • Salesforce Experience :   Experience in working with Salesforce is  required
  • Collaboration with Partners :   You bring a structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with partners  such as SoftBank
  • Team Player :   You are an open-minded and dedicated team player
  • Practical Mentality and Positive Attitude :   A practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge are some of your qualities
  • Independent Work :   You  are capable of working  independently and goal-oriented, even remotely
  • Your tools

    As an Account Manager (Inside Sales), you will be working with various applications such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other business applications

  • Your interview process

    There will be  three online meet ings :

  • First meeting with Recruiter  to align on position details
  • Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
  • Third meeting with Senior Vice President,  as the final step of the process
  • In outstanding cases, amount of meetings may vary
