In this opportunity, as a Solution Architect, you will understand the requirements and challenges of client environments and work with our global team as a Solution Architect in the infrastructure and cloud domain to provide consultation, define requirements, propose innovative solutions to help modernize the customer’s IT environment, you will lead solution consulting , requirements definition, implementation and improvement proposals, design and construction, and operations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Understand the customer's business issues and requirements, develop solutions, and prepare proposals.
• Present solutions to clients highlighting the business-critical value additions and our differentiators .
• Create innovative solutions in collaboration with the solution leader and the project team.
• Develop plans for knowledge transfer and operational design for on-premise and cloud-based operational services.
• Prepare cost effective and technically superior solutions involving modernization, AIOps , to customers business and technical requirements. Showcase / demonstrate value additions to customer
• How using modern technologies for automation, AIOps, Observability and Intelligent Proactive Reporting we can help achieve higher productivity and improve quality of services.
• Work with various cloud service providers to get the best options and optimal costs for the customers requirements.etc.
