Software development experience or requirement gathering, product development.ADAS components development experience.Work experience in Tier1 supplier or experience working with JOEM.Skills Required : Requirements Engineering using DOORS, Verifications, Project management, Fluent communication in Japanese and English.Knowledge required : CAN / CAN FD / Ethernet, General Automotive Standards, Regulations, Automotive SPICE, AUTOSAR, experience with Matlab / Simulink, Experience with Vector tools .Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead application development for ADAS sensor software components delivered by 3rd party as Component out of Context (CooC) as the application engineer, in consideration of constraints, dependencies and limitations.Be the technical interface between internal and external (JOEM, 3rd party) stakeholders.Capability to understand and lead technical discussions with the customer in Japanese.Facilitate the change management / control process that include : Analysis of changes to and the verification of the design (DRBFM) of the software components, including facilitation of the impact analysis of ADAS function & algorithm being developed by other party (e.g. AEB, ACC …etc. Estimation of efforts and lead time of the implementation of the changes.Facilitate the problem resolution management that include : Analysis of and resolution of the problems identified by the internal and external stakeholders Escalation of the problems that cannot be resolved by the team you are belonging. Facilitate technical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and respond.Support the project management in scheduling, progress monitoring and control , the change management / control and the problem resolution management .Manage regular internal meetings and actively participate in external meetings.Willingness to learn new topics and work autonomously.
