JOB DESCRIPTION You will be part of our Project Logistics Management team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + Operational excellence, ensuring profitability.
Your Role
You will provide leadership to your team by overseeing + driving the overall business development objectives in relation to sales, revenue + growth targets. You will plan, develop + implement strategies + proposals with an aim to increase revenue flows + volume delivery while delivering on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- To ensure strong process management is in place + implement, benchmark, improve + control operational performance against agreed guidelines / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- To actively collaborate with internal departments + our global network to deliver total business solutions that support our overall business strategy.
- To drive + oversee the initial implementation of new accounts or sales + marketing activities as required.
- To ensure that all financial operational requirements are met at all times (including but not limited to file administration, accurate pricing, credit control, deferrals, accruals).
- To oversee all sub-contract management + ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures + regulatory requirements.
- To oversee all leadership tasks for direct reports including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, induction / on-boarding + training.
- To act as an escalation point for all customers allocated to our teams ensuring a strong focus on customer growth + retention, + manage customer complaints via explanations, putting customers at ease.
- To understand company strategies + develop Engineering, Procurement + Construction (EPC) projects, oil + gas, + oversized + overweight cargo clients in locally + internationally.
