TMIS, a small, family-run, Montessori school in Toyama, Japan, is growing! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lower Elementary Guide to add to our team.
Our ideal candidate has an AMI Elementary diploma and three years of experience in a Montessori environment.
Responsibilities :
- Being the first ever elementary guide at our school
- Laying the groundwork for the success of our new elementary school.
- Developing and implementing child-led learning experiences
- Observing, documenting, and assessing children’s progress
- Communicating regularly with parents about their child’s development
- Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, with opportunities for additional duties and lessons if desired
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment
