Your New Role...

1. 施設・建物全般の設備の維持保全業務及び適切な運営管理を行う

2. 定期的な巡回点検及び保守を行う

3. 仕様検討、工事計画、工事発注、見積査定・交渉、現場監理と一連の実務作業を行う

4. 点検計画、予防保全計画、修繕計画、中長期保全計画、コスト管理を行う

5. 業務委託業者（各ビルメンテナンス業者）の管理を行う

6. 関係各官公庁との窓口、届出業務を行う

7. 施設の緊急不具合対応を行う

8. 社内関係者との調整業務を行う
