This successful Japanese / International Renewable Energy Developer, EPC & IPP is involved in Utility Scale Solar, BESS and Onshore and Offshore Wind both in Japan and internationally. They have an established EPC businessincluding solar power plant projects in numerous locations with a combined capacity of over 500 MW plus multiple storage plant projects, across Japan and globally. They are a young company with a modern culture and are growing fast.

Your new role :

Reporting to executives and department heads you will be responsible for a series of tasks aimed at winning new clients for EPC projects such as Solar Power Plants and Grid Storage Plants (BESS projects).

Who you are :

You will need more than 5 years of sales experience for EPC, plant, or electrical equipment manufacturer (OEM) from the renewable energy or power / energy industry with an understanding of commercial electrical equipment plus experience in international contracts and transaction negotiations.

If you have experience in the development, construction, and manufacturing of grid storage battery stations / solar power plants and practical experience in project management, this is desirable.

Communication is important for this role as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders and promoting the business. You will need business-level English skills (enough to hold business meetings and negotiations) and Japanese language skills equivalent to N1 or higher
