Sr TA managerとして、２名の部下を持ちマネジメント

• Oversee the entire recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Forecast hiring needs and proactively develop talent pipelines with existing team members. Managing end-to-end recruitment process for defined hiring scope time to time.
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies primarily for professional and managerial resources as well as leadership level.
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting needs, data-based reports, hiring trends, challenges and collaboration across departments.

8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion of that experience in a high-volume hiring environment with both hands on and strategic TA approaches in Talent Acquisition
