We will check the contents of the defect before the repair visit, conduct interviews with the customer at the time of the visit, grasp the contents of the work, and explain in advance the contents, work time, and parts used.

In repair work for which there is no prior information, the on-site defect is identified. Repair work can be completed by performing emergency measures or selecting parts. If it is not completed, provide information to the company via trouble mail and create a report.

Determine the machine condition and wear condition accurately, and explain the condition to the customer and propose preventive maintenance.

Provide useful information to departments by e-mail or report when performing difficult tasks.

As a senior engineer, we can give advice to new engineers by OJT.
