General Description :
Being fully responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy to achieve business targets for in-line and new solid tumor product. Looking for breakthrough ways and new opportunities for the growth of the company portfolio;
Essential Functions of the job :
- Develop overall Marketing strategy for product portfolio management and new product launch
- Lead brand teams to define relevant target customers, market segmentations and geographic areas with disciplined strategy to maximize solid tumor portfolios
- Guide the teams to develop MKT tactics / campaigns and ensure adequate resources allocation to impulse the core product commercialization and new launch to achieve required sales mix.
- Develop and Engage team to drive high performance with upgraded capabilities, external focus, speed and agility
- Leverage synergy between in-line and launch teams in solutions and thought leader management
- Engage sales team to achieve high performance with high integrity
Qualification Required :
Education Required :
University graduate majoring in clinical, pharmaceutical, MBA graduates is preferred
Qualifications and Competencies :
5+ years marketing experience in healthcare industriesStrong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy.Creative, innovative, bold, entrepreneurial with a good understanding of the fast changing environmentAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment;Position requires independent judgment and initiative, strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs and can accomplish tasks without directionDrive for results and leaderships skillsEffective public speaking skills and presence;Fluent in English.Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.Advanced communication and interpersonal skillsTravel : Based on actual needs
