Description
The Sales Manager will be reporting directly to the President Director. This is a pivotal role designed to support the operations in Japan team, and key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Managing and developing relationships with key manufacturing clients across sectors (e.g., F&B, chemical, electronics, semicon, etc)
- Identifying new business opportunities and executing a strategic sales plan
- Collaborating with global technical and operations teams to provide customized solutions
- Supporting the Country Manager with reporting, budgeting, and market strategy
- Representing the company at industry events and trade fairs
- Preparing to take on leadership duties over time
Profile
