As an Account manager, your role will be to drive the profitable revenue growth of home robots in directing and guiding our exclusive sales channels. Also, account manager understands iRobot's policy and is responsible for negotiating as a person in charge of business partner headquarters. You bring a demonstrable experience driving revenue and profit growth while elevating brand stature through a high-quality execution planning. Successful candidates will be very knowledgeable about account tactics & channel execution strategies.
Essential Functions / Job Duties :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Home electronics mass merchandiser (Station-side electronics retail stores in particular) and business partners in reward market by well capturing their business needs and implementing profitable growth plan.
- Collaborate with the manager of account group to develop short and longterm strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plans and budgets.
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and budgets for assigned channels based on actual sales data. Planning should be at least six-month rolling forecast.
- Be a sparring partner for the sales representatives to achieve common regional targets and to support them in quarterly business discussions. [NA only]
- Allocate resources such as rebate fees and sales promotion costs to maximize ROI, and track their performance together with the sales representatives[NA only]; make adjustments as necessary to achieve the plan.
- Maximize performance driven by sell-through rebate.
- Support the company’s growth plans with emphasis on building the brand and reputation through excellent communication with key customers.
- Provide continuous feedback and input on competitive analysis, market trends, and business.
- Manage daily the sell-through [NA only], sell-in & inventory dynamics to targets levels defined by management
- Partner with peers in sales, finance, operations, marketing, and customers service especially when conducting sales promotion.
- Ensure transparent, structured and concise reporting to your management with PDCA format after executing sales promotion.
- Make a precise forecast in Anaplan by collaborating with a demand planner.
- Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications :
Experience in the Home Appliance industry and / or station side direct retail experience is preferred.Possess the following personal qualities : natural leadership, integrity, creativity, commitment, ethical values, and results oriented.Possess the mind to try to get things done without giving up.Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementation skills.Excellent strong negotiation skills, writing, speaking and presenting in Japanese.Excellent skills at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and customers.Able to make a hypothesis, execute, and verify the results to continuously improve the issues.Understanding of sales reporting including forecasts and budgetary guidelines.High level of critical and logical thinking and analysis.Ability to work independently with strong initiative and positive mind.Fun mind at the workplace with a pride as a fellow iRoboteerHigh willingness to travel and flexible working hours.PCスキル。About Us
