Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 To support the Mobility team with operational mobility tasks 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後)
- Monitor and update Global Assignment Management System as required
- Ensure that various data is accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with established protocols
- Support the GM team in producing any documentation required for tax, social security and immigration compliance purposes etc.
- Support monthly payroll processes and annual payroll activities such as STI / LTI / Share plan / Merit increase
- Support tax return related activities
- Create assignment package documents such as Assignment Letter, Balance Sheet and Cost Estimate
- Ensure prompt payment of all invoices, keeping records, raising purchase orders and flagging any discrepancies with the relevant parties.
- Generate and share reports out of Global Assignment Management System
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and seeking input as required
- Support project related administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to document Global Mobility processes
- Deliver Global Mobility BAU processes and administrative tasks
- Send introductory information to new assignees and assist with their onboarding and offboarding (変更の範囲) 会社内での全ての業務 【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】 This position is based in Tokyo Headquarters and will require on-site work (At least once a week). 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required>
- Japanese speaker (Native / Business fluent level)
- Able to write and communicate in English (intermediate level at minimum)
- Strong numeracy and Excel skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload to manage deadlines <歓迎 / Preferred>
- Previous GM / HR experience
- An understanding of the assignment lifecycle and typical assignment pay structures
- Exposure to monthly assignee payroll processes
- Experience of using an assignment management system or HRIS
