Responsibilities :
- Schedule creation from implementation to operation, project
- progress
- User training (guidance)
- Accompanying clients to the state they want to achieve (business design, internal digital transformation, etc.)
- Providing internal feedback on client requests and acting as a link between each department of the company and clients
- Creating manuals, FAQs, tutorials, etc. (Text writing, PPT material creation, video creation, etc.
- Processing data for clients (handling Excel and CSV files)
Customer Success Manager Tokyo Job Qualification :
Experience in customer negotiations and progress management regardless of job type or industryCommunication skills to build good relationships with BtoB clients and coordinate with relevantdepartmentsExperience in the real estate industry (knowledge and experience in real estate management and brokerage, and experience in operating the coresystems used by real estate companies will be preferred)Experience in B2B sales, consulting, director, etc. (especially experience in customer success, planning, and operations will be preferred)Experience in operations at a SaaS companyExperience in solving client problems, such as solution sales and consultingAnalysis and report writing skills that address client issues, and logical proposal writing skillsExperience using and implementing SaaS products and web services within the workplaceJapanese language : Fluent level japanese (JLPT N1) and business level english.
