Design and Development of Optical Devices for Optical Communication Applications
Responsibilities :
Conduct research and development of next-generation optical semiconductor devices.
Build a system to evaluate the characteristics of next-generation optical semiconductor devices.
Analyze the evaluation results of the characteristics and reliability of next-generation optical semiconductor devices and implement quality improvements.
Collaborate with related departments to establish the manufacturing process for the commercialization of next-generation optical semiconductor devices.
Expected Background :
BSc, MSc, PhD degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry or a related equivalent technical field.
Expected Skill :
Experience in design and development of optical semiconductor devices for optical communication or device characteristic evaluation is highly welcomed.
Experience or ability to build programs using C language, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage.
Basic PC skills, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills
Fluency in Japanese speaker, as well as reading and writing in Japanese Intermediate English conversation skills
Ability to actively and flexibly work to find optimal solutions by understanding complex issues while consulting with colleagues when needed.
Strong self-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage personal health.
