  • Key Responsibilities):
  • KPI(グローバル One システムの導入、データ構造・定義、ワークフロー、テンプレートのグローバル / リージョナル標準化、ガバナンスシステムの構築・運営、ユーザー活用率)達成に寄与する。

    SuccessFactors 各モジュールの業務側の運用保守・プロジェクトマネジメント

    Half Year Release 対応

    HRIS との定例参加・ファシリテーション

    SuccessFactors 以外のグローバルソリューションを主軸に国内のアダプテーションについても適宜参画

    Qualtrics Engagement Survey データ加工

    Mission

    As a core member of the team, achieve the group's goals / KPIs (introduction of the global One system, data structure / definition, workflow, global / regional standardization of templates, construction and operation of governance systems, user utilization rate) through leading team activities.

    Lead small projects related to people technology in the global and Japan regions, or take responsibility for achieving team goals through specific activities and task forces.

    Roles

    In charge of small projects and maintenance operation systems to realize HR process standardization, efficiency, systematization, and data visualization in the global and Japan regions.

    Realize the global / regional standardization of data structure / definition, workflow, and templates, and partially achieve organizational capability improvement and operational efficiency by commonizing the HR database globally.

    Create and improve rules for maintenance to promote the smooth utilization of users after system introduction, and execute them.

  • Main Responsibilities;
  • Business operation support and small project management for SuccessFactors modules

    Annual Goal / Performance Management Process Support

    Onboarding Module Upgrade

    Design / build Global Matrix Organization concept / Data management of cross regional assignment cases

    Responding to inquiries and requests from employees and business users

    Managing service requests, change requests or small projects

    Half year release management

    Participating and facilitating meetings incl. global calls with regional HRIS members

    In addition, occasional participation in domestic adaptation of global solutions other than SuccessFactors.

  • About the Role):
  • Contributing to HR strategy through the standardization, optimization, database integration, and visualization of HR processes in the global and Japan regions.

    Influencing the entire global organization through a governance model that promotes the maintenance of standardization and smooth user adoption post-solution implementation.

    Contributing to profitability through direct approaches to enhancing employee experience and promoting efficiency.

  • Requirements):
  • SuccessFactors またはその他 HCM 製品) コンフィグレーション経験 (2~3年程度)

    Experience with global HR systems (SuccessFactors or other HCM) configration (2-3 years)

    Extensive knowledge and understanding of global talent management

    Data analysis skills

    Communication skills (internal and external negotiations, presentations)

    Business-level Japanese / English proficiency
