Facility Maintenance Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and execute maintenance of facilities and equipment within the hotel premises, including buildings, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and others. This involves scheduling regular inspections, carrying out repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance measures.Establishment and execution of regular inspection schedules.Prioritization and coordination of maintenance tasks and scheduleMeasures against Mold Growth Due to the Unique Seasonal Humidity in Okinawa.Endeavour to maintain and control the quality of drinking water and pool water to comply with laws and regulations, and regularly remove debris from the pool and clean it.Equipment repairFacility Repair : Includes repairs to facilities and equipment within the hotel (air conditioning units, electricity, plumbing, etc.).
