GM International was founded in 1993, from the idea and ingenuity of Glisente Landrini.

Although the company has been active for almost 30 years, the experience of the company management far exceeds the over 50 years of qualified activity in the Intrinsic Safety and Industrial Electronics sector.

The mission of G.M. International is to consolidate its position in the Intrinsic Safety (IS) market with products and services suitable and appropriate to the needs of Customers.

From July 2024, DeA Capital will become part of the Governance of GM, with the aim of supporting the current management in guiding the company towards the goal of becoming a reference player in the sector.

The resource, who will report to the Local Sales Director, will be responsible for supporting the sales team in growing their business within the reference area and will specifically be responsible for managing the following activities :

  • Offers the company's products or services to potential customers;
  • Forward sales negotiations in compliance with company directives;
  • Consolidate business relationships with existing customers by providing technical-commercial support;
  • Profile potential contacts (leads) for possible promotion to prospects;
  • Constantly update the CRM;
  • Prepare reports and sales statistics on a well-defined range of customers and then start activities, for example : recovering customers who have stopped buying, increasing customer loyalty below a defined turnover value;
  • Coordinate the distributors;
  • Develop new clients;
  • Prepare offers;
  • Follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills :

  • University Graduate, Technical diploma (electronic is better);
  • Good knowledge of English spoken;
  • Good knowledge of office and CRM;
  • Stimulated by work for objectives and characterized by an excellent commercial propensity;
  • Good communication and relational skills;
  • Qualities of proactivity and positivity
  • Return to the customer and skills in problem solving;
  • Result-oriented approach;
  • Knowledge Atex sector;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Capability to manage relationships and teamwork;
