The Performance Marketing Manager will play an integral part in delivering a relevant relationship building marketing experience for our Clients. The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day performance and measurement activities required to report and on the success of a specific or multiple campaigns while ensuring reporting dates are adhered to and to oversee timely reporting and follow-up documentation of the deployments internally and to the Client. You will serve as the performance marketing manager overseeing reporting of all Web, social, search and eDM, CRM marketing efforts, driving best practices for all our Clients and their business objectives.
- Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to analyze, interpret and report on findings as needed
- Providing statistics on traffic, orders, conversion, sources of traffic, etc. to improve overall customer experience and maximize sales
- Identifying traffic and conversion trends by channel, abandonment issues and opportunities for improving site conversion
- Leading efforts in planning, designing and coordinating ongoing and ad hoc analysis projects for Website Marketing, Social Marketing and CRM marketing teams to provide insights into user behavior
- Creating, packaging and distributing dashboards that drive effective and actionable business decisions across multiple departments
- Acting as a web / social analytics expert and advocate in the organization
- Training other team members on how to use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to answer key business questions.
