As a Business Analyst Consultant , you will act as a trusted advisor, using data to support decision-making and guide strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into clear recommendations, and presenting insights that drive real business impact. Your analytical skills and storytelling ability will be central to influencing outcomes and optimizing operations.

Your missions

Analyze business data and deliver meaningful insights to inform strategic decisions.

Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from internal or client stakeholders.

Present findings and actionable recommendations using compelling, data-driven storytelling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen data-driven practices.

Your profile

Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.

Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly.

Ability to work autonomously and manage several tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Previous experience in a business analysis, consulting, or data-driven role is preferred.

Academic background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field.

You are adaptable, curious, and have a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
