Summary

Description - To prepare and cook high-quality food in the commissary kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen organization while maintaining efficiency during peak service periods. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, as well as maintain good relationships and cooperation with colleagues and all other departments.

Work Authorization :

  • Must have valid work permission in Japan (Working Holiday Visa, work visa, or Japanese nationality)

Experience & Education :

  • Relevant experience in professional cooking, food preparation, or restaurant kitchen operations
  • Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills are essential
