Job Description :

1. Project Planning : Develop project plans, create schedules, and allocate resources for infrastructure projects.

2. Requirements Definition : Clearly define and document requirements through close communication with clients and stakeholders.

3. Progress Management : Monitor the progress of the project, making adjustments and improvements as needed.

4. Risk Management : Identify project risks and formulate and implement appropriate risk management plans.

5. Team Management : Provide leadership to the project team, supporting and developing team members.

6. Problem Solving : Respond quickly and effectively to issues that arise, ensuring smooth project progression.

Required Skills and Experience :

1. Language Proficiency : Native-level Japanese proficiency and Business Level English

2. Project Management Experience : Over 3 years of project management experience.

3. Infrastructure Experience : Practical experience with infrastructure technologies such as cloud, network, server, and Linux.

4. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Leadership : Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.

6. Agile or Waterfall methods of project management

Preferred Skills and Experience :

1. Project Management Certification : PMP or equivalent certification.

2. Large-Scale Project Experience : Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.

3. Technical Knowledge : Knowledge and adaptability to the latest technology trends.
