Job description

As a Project Manager , you will oversee the successful implementation and integration of software solutions across Japan, China, and Korea. You will lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure project alignment with client expectations and delivery standards. You will serve as both a strategic planner and hands-on leader guiding our consultants and professional services team.

Your missions

Manage and lead software implementation projects for clients in Japan, China, and Korea

Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables with internal teams and clients

Conduct risk and issue identification and develop mitigation and resolution plans

Proactively handle scope changes and manage client expectations

Coordinate with project sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders

Drive delivery of functional requirement workshops and client trainings

Act as local team lead to guide technology and service teams on the ground

Ensure all project activities align with cost estimates, business goals, and timeframes

Provide continuous updates, documentation, and communication across project phases

Your profile

Strong experience in project management with 5 to 10 years in complex, client-facing, multi-million-dollar software implementations

Background in enterprise software implementation methodologies (ERP, Trade, SCM or Logistics)

Previous experience in consulting or professional services organizations

Experience in multi-national working environments

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred

Academic background : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance or Project Management

Fluent Japanese (native level), and strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Fluency in other Asian languages is a plus

Ability to lead and motivate teams independently

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels

Quick learner and comfortable working autonomously
