Description

• At least 3 – 5 years of financial experience in finance and / or accounting in retail company
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues with sense of urgency
• Native Japanese and business level English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and coaching skills, accountability and result oriented.
• Strong proficiency with PC and business applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, PowerBI, Hyperion Smart View for Office (preferred)
• Working knowledge of General Accounting principles
• Must be living in Japan
