- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable logistics solutions (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance,
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Visit customers regularly to gather market trends and customer feedback
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to customer requests
- Develop new business opportunities and support key account activities as needed
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and quick issue resolution
- Handle special assignments or projects assigned by superior

Bachelor’s degree or Higher in related fields1-5 years working experience in logistics sales (freight forwarding industry preferred)Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and customs clearance processesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly service-minded with strong customer focus and business development mindsetGood command of English (spoken and written)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage time efficientlyExperience in key account management or tender management is a big plus.We offer
