What you can expect

As the XDR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our inside sales team (SDR / BDR), collaborating closely with Marketing, AEs, CSM, and global teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in maximizing the value of Zoom’s solutions and creating a sales approach that truly addresses customer challenges.

About the Team

ZVC JAPAN (Zoom) seeks an experienced XDR Manager to lead the Inside Sales team in Japan. The role aims to drive business growth by implementing a modern, AI-powered sales strategy. The ideal candidate should be passionate about leveraging data, cutting-edge technology, and Zoom’s AI-first platform. Additionally, they will be responsible for building trusted customer relationships in line with the company's mission.

What we’re looking for

  • Have proven experience building and managing SDR / BDR or Inside Sales teams
  • Have a solid understanding of both inbound and outbound sales models in the SaaS or tech industry
  • Have Native-level in Japanese; business-level English proficiency (especially reading / writing emails and documents)
  • Have familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Outreach, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorHave
  • Have data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions and coach effectively
  • Be a growth-oriented leader who can drive both team success and individual development

AI時代にふさわしい営業スタイルを体現し、データと戦略、ZoomのAIプラットフォームおよび最新テクノロジーを活用しながら、「Delivering Happiness」の理念のもと、顧客との信頼関係を構築します。

SDR/BDR)チームのマネジメント全般を担っていただきます。マーケティング、フィールドセールス(AE)、カスタマーサクセス(CSM)、グローバルチームと連携しながら、Zoomのプロダクトとテクノロジーの価値を最大限に引き出し、顧客課題に寄り添うセールス体制の構築をリードしていただきます。

  • XDRチームをリードし、ミッド~エンタープライズアカウントに対して新規開拓・関係構築・商談設定を推進
  • CレベルやVPクラスの経営層とのハイレベルな対話を通じてビジネスニーズを把握
  • GTM戦略の実行

  • XDR、AEとの連携により、GTMアウトバウンド戦略の策定、ターゲット設定および活動の実行
  • COE(Center of Excellence)チームと連携し、各四半期のKPIを策定

    KPI管理

  • MRR(定期収益)などのパフォーマンス管理・分析
  • MRR/S2達成度など)

  • SalesforceなどのCRMを活用し、データ整備、レポートおよびダッシュボードの作成を通じたパフォーマンス管理
  • 1on1やキャリア開発面談の実施
  • ZoomのROE(Rules of Engagement:営業ルール)に則った活動状況のモニタリングおよび管理
  • QBR(業績レビュー)の取りまとめ、改善サイクル(PDCA)の推進
  • Zoom製品や営業プロセスに関する継続的なトレーニングの提供
  • 5年以上の法人営業経験(うち2年以上のマネジメント/リーダーシップ経験)
  • BDR/SDRマネージャーとしてのチームビルディング経験
  • SaaSやテクノロジー業界でのインバウンド・アウトバウンド営業モデルに関する理解
  • Salesforce、Zoom、Outreach、Google Workspace、LinkedIn Sales Navigatorなどのツール使用経験
