Position Overview :

This firm is seeking an accomplished Dispute Resolution  Partner to join their Tokyo office . As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's practice, not just in Tokyo, but across the region, driving growth, and delivering exceptional legal services to the firm's and your own clients. Your expertise in general outbound investigations , commercial litigation , and arbitration  matters will be instrumental in advancing their global footprint and would be an ideal fit for their Asia-wide DR practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage complex contentious legal matters, providing strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships, leveraging your strong client following.
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers, fostering their professional development.
• Contribute to thought leadership, publications, and industry events.
