Overview
ISS STOXX is growing! We seek a Customer Success Associate to contribute to our expanding success and join our Governance team based at our Tokyo office- Japan.
The Customer Success Associate reports to Japan Head of Client Success and handles clients’ voting of Japan domestic ballots. The role monitors incoming ballots for clients and ensures that the ballots with their vote instruction are timely sent back to trust banks / the ballot provider.
Responsibilities of Customer Success Associate include the following :
Monitor incoming domestic ballots – electric ballots as well as conventional ballots in excel form – for Japan meetings;
Reconcile ballots received against client positions;
Manage cutoffs of conventional ballots and run internal programs to populate the excel forms with client instructions;
Send back conventional ballots to trust banks; and
Liaise with clients, trust banks and internal teams to ensure smooth vote flows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree graduate
With 2-3 years’ relative work experience in Customer Support or Operations preferably under Financial Services industry
Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Native level in Japanese language
Intermediate level English communication skills
Amenable with a hybrid work arrangement- 3 days in the office and 2 days' work from home per week
