What you can look forward as HRBP :

• Coordinate key HR initiatives and projects, including annual processes, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and talent acquisition plans.
• Prepare regular reports (monthly / quarterly) to meet global and internal requirements such as headcount and personnel costs.
• Manage local HR budget, lead transformation projects, and oversee labor relations including dispute resolution and labor contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, standard processes, and local labor laws; enhance collaboration with external partners.
• Plan and execute site-specific training programs, including educational and shopfloor training.
• Act as a liaison between local HR and global HRBPs / CoEs to localize and implement HR processes and business demands.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior HR team members and local leadership; handle problem resolution and escalation cases.
