As an Research Engineer, you will collaborate across various departments, focusing on the following key areas :

Researching and strategizing cutting-edge tech in IT & digital, such as AI, cloud, and IoT.

Leading PoC and MVP development.

Working on diverse tech, from hardware (mobile, IoT) to software (AI, data analysis), and cloud.

Sharing technical information within the company.

Webアプリケーション開発の実務経験 : フロントエンド（React, Vue.js, Angularなど）およびバックエンド（Node.js, Python, Rubyなど）を用いたWebアプリケーションの設計、開発、テストの実務経験。

APIおよびマイクロサービスに関する知識・開発経験 : REST、GraphQLなどを用いたAPI設計・開発の実務経験。マイクロサービスベースのアプリケーション開発経験。さらに、大規模システムでのAPI連携やマイクロサービス開発・運用経験があれば尚可。例えば、Git（バージョン管理）, Docker（コンテナ化）, Terraform（IaC）, CircleCIなどのCI / CDツールを用いた開発・運用経験、FastAPIによるフロントエンド向けAPI開発経験、Cloud Run, BigQuery, Vertex AI, AWS Lambda, Amazon OpenSearch, Bedrockなどのクラウドサービス利用経験。

AI・データ利活用アプリケーションの開発経験 : クラウド環境でのAI・データ利活用サービス利用とアプリケーション開発の実務経験。さらに、Python、R等を用いたAIモデル開発や、BIツールでのデータ分析基盤開発経験があると尚可。

API設計、データベース、インフラまで、Webアプリケーション開発に必要な幅広い技術領域をカバーする実践的なスキルを有していること。

AWSまたはGoogle Cloudのクラウド環境に関する基本的な知識と、それらを活用したシステム構築・運用スキル。さらに、クラウドサービスの選定やアーキテクチャ設計、IaCの実践経験があると尚可。

Desired experience : Required :

Experience in developing web applications : Experience in the design, development, and testing of web applications using front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.).

Knowledge and development experience with APIs and microservices : Practical experience in API design and development using REST, GraphQL, etc. Experience in developing microservice-based applications. Additionally, experience with API integration and microservice development / operation in large-scale systems is preferred. For example, experience in development and operation using tools such as Git (version control), Docker (containerization), Terraform (IaC), and CI / CD tools like CircleCI; experience in developing frontend APIs using FastAPI; and experience using cloud services such as Cloud Run, BigQuery, Vertex AI, AWS Lambda, Amazon OpenSearch, and Bedrock.

Experience developing AI and data applications : Practical experience using AI and data services in the cloud and developing related applications. Experience with AI model development using Python, R, etc., and developing data analysis platforms using BI tools is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills :

Practical skills covering a wide range of technical areas for web application development, from front-end to back-end, API design, databases, and infrastructure.

Basic knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud and skills in system construction / operation using them. Experience with selecting cloud services, designing architectures, and implementing IaC is a plus

Deep understanding of agile development processes, especially the Scrum framework, and has practical skills at a professional level.

Bachelor's degree or higher

TOEIC score of 730 or above, or equivalent English proficiency (a level capable of business communication)
