Japan Sales Representative 日本国内営業マネージャー募集

We are looking for a Japan Sales Representative for a major international company in the food processing industry. This remote role offers a chance to significantly impact business growth within a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain relationships in the meat products sector, including sausages.
Find and pursue new sales opportunities across Japan to meet sales goals.
Negotiate terms with clients, handle product samples, and work with other departments to resolve issues.
Analyze the market to spot trends and opportunities for growth.
Work with Technical Service, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade fairs, meetings, and seminars locally and internationally.
Manage the full sales cycle, including order processing, shipping, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications :

FMCG業界でのB2B営業経験3〜5年

3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in meat products, food, or FMCG sectors in Japan.

Fluent in Japanese and strong English skills.

Bachelor's degree or similar educational background.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
