Assistant SPA Manager ーアシスタント スパマネージャー

Shangri-La Tokyo is seeking a dedicated and friendly Assistant Manager for CHI SPA. This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury spa environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations of the Spa Reception, including guest reservations and therapist assignments.
  • Provide tailored spa menu recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Support team development and ensure a high standard of guest service.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a Spa Reception in a luxury hotel environment.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Only candidates who possess a valid work visa for Japan will be considered.

  • Overtime allowance :   Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
  • Bonus : Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
  • Transportation fare :   Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
  • Merit Salary Increment :   Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
