Team Admin position at Risk & Control department. This position is responsible for providing departmental admin support and assist the division manager and senior general manager with admin tasks.

Description

Responsible for a wide range of tasks including expense reimbursement, schedule management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and coordination with internal and external parties.

Profile

  • Business level English and Japanese
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Over 5 years of similar experience
  • Preferred) Experience in finance operations, experience working at a foreign-affiliated company, Chinese language skills.
  • Microsoft Office (特にPowerPoint・Excel 中上級レベル)
  • 5年以上の類似経験
