Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for internal candidates and providing HR generalist support across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both recruitment strategies and HR practices.
Responsibilities
Internal Recruitment
Own end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across APAC, with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on market trends, and deliver diverse shortlists
Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and offer negotiations
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to applicants.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, proactively resolving pipeline bottlenecks
Proactively build pipeline for key positions for the business
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop internal recruitment strategies.
Responsible for representing the brand in candidate interactions and uphold high standards of work
HR Generalist
Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers across the region
Coordinate employee lifecycle events : onboarding, probation reviews, promotions, exits
Partner with global HR teams to roll out programs locally
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR policies and practices are culturally relevant and legally compliant
Ownership of employee relations, grievances and exit processes.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as benefits administration, internal communication and engagement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred or equivalent job experience
Proven experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles, ideally we are looking for 4-5 years of previous experience.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Japan. Other Asian countries preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively and work independently.
