Lead R&D Test Engineer

What's the role?

As the Lead R&D Test Engineer your main responsibilities include :

• Defining and maintaining the test process, executing, and leading test engineers to execute these tests in an exploratory manner and regularly for the software releases for our different product variants
• Conducting investigations and root cause analysis of software and system defects
• Working closely together with multiple teams, including developer teams and test teams
• Identifying and providing proposals and solutions with local knowledge for common needs across stakeholders
• Working with end users and incorporating feedback into the product
• Working with Product Management and Architecture Teams to chart Engineering backlogs
• Plan sprint backlogs and resolve any impediments
• Perform map data testing and map release activities
• Implement test cases and test scenarios to enhance validation process and quality
• Improving automated execution and testing on the overall pipeline
