Provide project management support including project plan enhancement based on workstream owner's input.
Monitor and track the progress and provide status reporting to project team and senior management.
Coordinate project update meetings for senior leaders incl. Japan CEO, Regional CFO, Regional CEO etc. and prepare the materials for these meetings.
For the preparation of meetings with senior management, actively involve in the discussion how to improve the reporting among senior leaders in Finance.
Facilitate working group / SME discussions before reporting to senior management.
Track issues, risks, decision and open discussion points for timely escalation to senior management.
Prepare draft meeting minutes and follow-up action items after meetings.
Support local project governance process including Project Approval Process, Budget Approval Process, Project Portfolio applications, Procurement process, contract with external consultant.
Support project expense accrual process and monitor project cost vs budget.
Partner withe key stakeholders to support their deliverables and reporting to senior management.

More than 5 years of experience within Finance in a global insurance organization (or equivalent)
Hands-on working experience with PowerPoint for reporting
